House Rules & Policy

* Toilet paper in the trash can. Toilet system in Costa Rica gets clogged with any type of paper.
* Pool: no party debris, confetti, cigarette buds and balloons inside the swimming pool. If applicable.
* Pool: shower before pool. If applicable.

* Pool: The pool room is for the maintenance use only. If applicable

* Check-out is at 11 am. Please let us know in advance for late check out.

* Check in is at 4pm. Please let us know in advance for early check in.

* Pets are not allowed in beds or inside swimming pool 

* No smoking inside the house

* Small parties and events are allowed with previous notice, without exceeding maximum capacity per villa (Villa 1 Max capacity 12 pax, Villa 2 Max capacity 7 pax. Villa 1 &2 Max capacity 19 pax, Villa 3 Max capacity 3 ). No Djs allowed.

* Visitors are allowed with previous notice and without exceeding maximum capacity of people per villa (Villa 1 Max capacity 12 pax, Villa 2 Max capacity 7 pax. Villa 1 &2 Max capacity 19 pax, Villa 3 Max capacity 3),

The guest is responsible for the visitors.
